摘要
采用改良石蜡切片方法制片、光学显微镜观察,对广西南亚热带农业科学研究所选取的10个茶树品系的叶片进行解剖学的观察研究,通过叶片解剖结构特征的变化差异,分析其潜在生产力、抗逆性以及适制性。鉴定结果表明,生产潜力最高的茶树品系是杨板塘;具有较好抗逆性的有加尤中学2号、王丰瑞茶园6号、板塘C及风相平17号等4个茶树品系;制作绿茶品质最好的是ABCD18号茶树品系,加尤中学2号品系最适制红茶,其余都为适制红茶、绿茶兼制的品系。
The blade anatomical structure of 10 tea strains selected by Guangxi South Subtropical Agricultural Sciences Research Institute was observed by improved paraffin section method and optical microscope.Based on the difference of blade anatomical structure characteristics,their potential productivity,stress resistance and suitability can be analyzed.The results indicated that Yangbantang showed the highest productive potentials,and the Jiayouzhongxue 2,Wangfengruichayuan 6,Bantang C,Fengxiangping 17 had better resistance.ABCD18 was the best to make green tea and Jiayouzhongxue 2 was best to make black tea and the others were good varieties to make black tea and green tea.
