摘要
评价了8种药剂叶片残留对麻纹蝽平腹小蜂的影响。结果表明,8种药剂叶片残留对平腹小蜂均有不同程度的影响,其中20%除虫脲SC、20%灭幼脲SC和8000IU/mg苏云金杆菌SC的影响较小,施药后的叶片对平腹小蜂的致死数与对照无显著差异;4.5%高效氯氰菊酯ME、2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯EW和522.5g/L高氯·毒死蜱EC对平腹小蜂的药害毒力较大,喷药后3d后的校正死亡率仍在70%以上。各药剂叶片残留对平腹小蜂的持效期长短依次为:4.5%高效氯氰菊酯ME>2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯EW>522.5g/L高氯·毒死蜱EC>2.5%溴氰菊酯SC>1.8%阿维菌素EC>8000IU/mg苏云金杆菌SC>20%灭幼脲SC>20%除虫脲SC,对平腹小蜂的安全间隔期依次为15d、10d、7d、7d、3d、1d、1d、1d。生产上建议首选上述2种昆虫生长调节剂和Bt制剂用于防治害虫,在药剂安全期过后再释放平腹小蜂。
The effects of leaf residues of eight pesticides on Anastatus fulloi(A.fulloi)were tested.Eight pesticides showed different effects on A.fulloi.20% diflubenzuron SC,20% chlorbenzuron SC,and 8000 IU/mg bacillus thuringiensis SC were less toxic to A.fulloi,which showed no significant difference with control in the mortality.But 4.5% beta-cypermethrin ME,2.5% lambda-cyhalothrin EW and 522.5 g/L beta-cypermethrin·chlorpyrifos EC were high toxic to A.fulloi,with more than 70% corrected mortality at 3rd day after treatments.The order of pesticide residual lasting time from long to short was 4.5% beta-cypermethrin ME,2.5% lambda-cyhalothrin EW,522.5 g/L beta-cypermethrin·chlorpyrifos EC,2.5% deltamethrin SC,1.8% abamectin EC,8000 IU/mg thuringiensis SC,20% chlorbenzuron SC and 20% diflubenzuron SC.And their safe interval periods for A.fulloi in turn were 15 d,10 d,7 d,7 d,3 d,1 d,1 d,1 d,respectively.The two insect growth regulators and bacillus thuringiensis were suggested to use litchi pest control in the orchard with A.fulloi released after the safe interval period.
