修剪时间和气候因子对茶叶早芽品种开采期的影响

The Influence of Pruning Time and Climate Factors on the Picking Time of Early Tea Bud Varieties

为充分发挥茶叶早芽品种的特性,抢先占领春茶市场,设置了茶园不同修剪时间对茶芽越冬期、萌动期和开采期的试验研究。历经4年观测和综合气候因子分析,结果表明:对于早芽品种茶树,最适宜的修剪时间为每年冬季12月,此时的气候因子有利于茶芽萌动和一芽一叶初展,能充分发挥早芽品种特性,提前进入开采期,提高茶叶经济效益。在龙州茶区,每年冬季12月修剪对云南大叶种和乌龙茶品种等同样适用。

In order to give full play to the characteristics of early bud tea and preemptively occupied the spring tea market,our tea team had conducted experimental research on the overwintering period,sprouting period and picking period of tea buds with different pruning times in tea gardens.The results of 4 years observation and comprehensive climate factor analysis showed that:for early bud varieties of tea plants,the most suitable pruning time was December each winter.The climate factors at this time were conducive to the sprouting of tea buds and the early development of one bud and one leaf,which can give full play to the characteristics of early bud varieties,enter the picking period in advance,and improve tea economy benefit.In the tea area in Longzhou,pruning in December every winter was also applicable to Yunnan large-leaf species and oolong tea varieties.
