Influence of Farmers’Heterogeneity on Agricultural Insurance Purchase Behavior——Based on the Third National Agricultural Census Data

论文旨在探讨农户异质性对其农业保险购买行为的影响.运用第三次全国农业普查大样本农户数据,重点就兼业类型、种植结构和耕地规模对农户农业保险购买行为的影响进行了计量分析,研究结果具有高度的稳健性.研究认为,农户异质性对农业保险高质量发展提出了更高的要求、农户兼业化发展促使农户倾向于购买农业保险、农户多样化种植程度或粮食种植比例提高都会减弱参保倾向、农户耕地规模差异对农业保险参保影响具有门槛效应.最后,论文建议,要充分考虑农户异质性这一客观事实,基于农户异质性进行农业保险效果评价、丰富差异化的农业保险产品种类和提升对农业保险操作信任的同质性水平.

This paper aims to study the heterogeneous influence of farm households on their agricultural insurance purchase behavior.Based on the large sample of the Third National Agricultural Census,this paper mainly analyzes the influence of part-time job type,planting structure and cultivated land scale on farmers’agricultural insurance purchase behavior.The empirical result the heterogeneous farm households put forward higher requirements for the high-quality development of agricultural insurance,the development of farm households’part-time employment makes farmers tend to buy agricultural insurance,the increase of farm households’diversified planting degree or grain planting proportion will weaken the insurance participation tendency,and the difference of farm households’land size has threshold effect on the insurance participation.Based on the existence of heterogeneity,we propose suggestions to evaluate the effect of agricultural insurance according to heterogeneity,to enrich the differentiated types of agricultural insurance products and enhance the homogeneity level of agricultural insurance practice trust.
