"三产融合"对促进产业效率提升的研究——以四川省宜宾市竹产业为例

Research on the Promotion of Industrial Efficiency by the Industrial Convergence——Evidence From Bamboo Industry in Yibin City,Sichuan Province

"三产融合"为乡村产业振兴提供了新思路,但其量化测度、影响路径与影响效果尚未明确.论文分析交易成本节约、要素配置优化以及竞争力度三大产业融合路径的双向影响机制,总结"三产融合"分析框架.在此基础上选取14项细分指标,构建一二三产业评价指标体系,并以四川省宜宾市竹产业为例,采用耦合模型测度产业融合程度.根据研究结果,论文提出创新联结机制、优化劳动力配置,用"美丽中国"理念塑形竹林培育,实现竹制品加工业与生态旅游产品的对接,发挥竹生态旅游带动作用等政策建议.

Industrial convergence provides new ideas for the revitalization of rural industries,but its impact path and measurement are not yet clear.This paper analyzes the impact of industry convergence on the development of resources,industry and ecotourism through transaction cost savings,factor allocation optimization and competitiveness enhancement,and summarizes the industrial convergence analysis framework.On this basis,14 subdivision indicators were selected to construct the evaluation index system of resources,industry and ecotourism.Taking bamboo industry in Yibin City of Sichuan Province as an example,the coupling model was used to measure the convergence degree of the three industries.According to the results,this paper proposes policy suggestions:innovate linkage mechanism to optimize labor allocation;shape bamboo forest cultivation with the concept of"beautiful China";realize the connection between bamboo products processing industry and ecotourism products;and play the leading role of bamboo ecotourism.
