摘要
以地铁转臂式铝合金轴箱体为研究对象,参照UIC 615-4:2003和EN 13749:2005标准根据轴箱体在位受力状态制定了强度试验方法,并在试验基础上建立了有限元模型,探讨了不同复杂边界条件下轴箱体的应力分布,得出了一种简化的等效仿真计算方法。
Taking lrotating arm type aluminum alloy axle box body on metro as research object,referring UIC 615-4:2003 and EN 13749:2005 standards,the strength test methods are set out according to force situations of axle box body,and the finite element model is established on the basis of test,the stress distribution of axle box body under different complex boundary conditions is discussed,and a simplified equivalent simulation calculation method is obtained.
