摘要
B族链球菌是引起国内外新生儿脑膜炎的重要原因。20世纪90年代以来,围产期孕妇B族链球菌定植率和新生儿感染率不断上升,但由于其血清型和表面黏附蛋白复杂多样,关于B族链球菌是如何透过血脑屏障并导致新生儿脑膜炎的发病机制迄今仍不完全清楚,这严重影响了我们制定新的诊疗策略。因此,本文综述了近年来有关新生儿B族链球菌脑膜炎的部分发病机制,为更好地开展母婴B族链球菌感染的筛查和诊疗工作提供理论依据,也为进一步研发有效疫苗提供思路。
Group B streptococcus(GBS)is an important cause of neonatal meningitis at home and abroad.Since the 1990s,the colonization rate of GBS in perinatal pregnant women and the infection rate of newborn babies have been on the rise.Due to the complexity and diversity of serotypes and surface adhesion proteins,the mechanism of how GBS crosses the blood-brain barrier and causes neonatal meningitis is still unclear,which seriously affects the development of new diagnosis and treatment strategies.Therefore,this paper summarized the partial pathogenesis of neonatal Group B streptococcal meningitis in recent years,which provided theoretical basis for better screening,diagnosis and treatment of GBS infection in mothers and infants,and also provided ideas for further development of effective vaccines.
