高温条件下不同有机负荷废弃脂肪的厌氧消化性能

The Biogas and Methane Production Performances of Waste Lipids with Different Organic Loading Rates under Thermophilic Condition

摘要 实验研究了高温条件下不同有机负荷的脂肪厌氧消化产气和产甲烷性能.在厌氧消化初期,日产气量呈上升趋势,出现明显的产气高峰后产气量逐渐下降.6%TS接种量处理(Z6)的累积产气量最高,而15%TS接种量处理(Z15)的累积产甲烷量最高;此外,Z6的TS产气率和产甲烷率均最高,表明厌氧消化处理在有机负荷较低的处理中更高效且稳定;氨氮含量和总挥发性脂肪酸含量在Z6中均最低,进一步表明Z6适用于厌氧消化工艺. The biogas and methane performances of waste lipids with different organic loading rates with anaerobic digestion(AD)at thermophilic temperature were determined.The daily biogas production increased at the beginning stage of AD process,and decreased gradually with obvious several peaks in all the treatments.The amount of cumulative biogas production 6%TS treatments(Z6)was the highest,while the number of cumulative methane production in 15%TS(Z15)was the highest.What’s more,both the generation rates of biogas and methane per total solids feedstock were the highest in Z6 among the five treatments,which indicated that the AD process performed more successful and stable in the treatments with lower organic loading rates.Both the amounts of total ammonia nitrogen and total volatile fatty acids were the lowest in Z6 treatments,suggesting the successful AD process in Z6.
