三角波电压工况下PEMFC膜电极的耐久性研究

摘要 采用三角波电压(Triangular Wave Voltage,TWV)工况研究了质子交换膜燃料电池(Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell,PEMFC)膜电极的耐久性,在TWV工况运行过程中,通过电化学活性面积(Electrochemical Surface Area,ECSA)、极化曲线、高频电阻、电化学交流阻抗(Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy,EIS)等原位电化学测试方法对PEMFC的性能进行了分析.结果表明,在TWV工况下运行30000次循环后,PEMFC膜电极的阴极催化剂ECSA衰减了约39%,阳极催化剂的ECSA基本保持不变;在1000mA/cm2电流密度下,PEMFC电压为0.66V,较初始值上升了14mV;同时,PEMFC的高频电阻较初始值降低了5mΩ·cm^2,但EIS结果变化不大. The durability of membrane electrode assembly for PEMFC was investigated under triangular wave voltage cycle.The performance of PEMFC during the TWV operation was characterized with the help of in situ electrochemical measurements,such as electrochemical active surface area(ECSA),polarization curves,high frequency resistance and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results show that the cathode catalyst ECSA of PEMFC degrades about 39%,while the anode catalyst ECSA nearly remains unchanged after 30000TWV cycles.At 1000mA/cm2 current density,the voltage of PEMFC is 0.66V,up 14mV from the initial value.Meanwhile,the high frequency resistance of PEMFC decreases 5mΩ·cm^2 and the EIS nearly unchanges than initial value.
