铁路集装箱运输服务网络设计优化模型及算法

Optimization Model and Algorithm of Railway Container Transport Service Network Design

依据铁路运输生产实际,充分考虑铁路集装箱办理站装卸能力、邻接路段通过能力及集装箱运到期限的要求,以总成本最小为优化目标,构建了铁路集装箱运输服务网络设计的线性混合整数规划模型.提出了基于遗传算法的求解方法,运用回溯法的思想搜索各箱流在服务网络中的可行路径以产生初始方案,并设计启发式策略修复出现的不可行解.仿真计算表明:模型和算法具有较高的计算效率,能有效解决大规模的铁路集装箱运输服务网络设计问题.

According to the actual situation of railway transportation production,the loading and unloading capacity of railway container terminals,the carrying capacity of adjacent lines and the transit period of containers are considered.A linear mixed integer programming model for the service network design of railway container transportation is constructed,where an optimal objective is developed to minimize the total cost.A solution approach based on genetic algorithm is designed.Backtracking algorithm is used to search the feasible paths of container flow in the service network in order to produce initial schemes.Heuristic strategy is used to repair infeasible solutions.Simulation results indicate that the model and algorithm have an advantage of excellent computational efficiency,and the large scale problem of railway container transport service network design can be effectively solved.
