基于DEA模型的物流企业服务创新效率评价研究——以新疆10家A级物流企业为例

Study on Service Innovation Efficiency Evaluation of Logistics Enterprises Based on DEA Model:Taking Ten A-Level Logistics Enterprises in Xinjiang as an Example

物流业作为生产性服务业,物流企业服务创新在不断满足客户需求的基础上,对提高企业绩效、提升企业市场竞争力发挥重要的作用。文章选取了2019年新疆新增的10家A级物流企业作为研究样本,建立适当的投入产出指标,利用DEA模型从综合技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率以及投影分析四个方面对其服务创新效率进行分析。结果表明:2019年新疆新增的10家A级物流企业中有多家处于非DEA有效状态,原因在于:(1)企业资源有效利用率较低,资源浪费严重,成本费用过高;(2)规模收益可变的企业较多。因此,物流企业要突破传统思想,导入供应链管理理念,通过改进组织结构、创新管理制度和方法,加大服务内容和过程创新,改善服务设施设备,注重创新人才培养等方面提升物流企业服务创新水平和效率。

As a producer service industry, logistics enterprise service innovation plays an important role in improving enterprise performance and market competitiveness on the basis of constantly meeting customer demand. This paper selects 10 new A-level logistics enterprises in Xinjiang in 2019 as research samples, establishes appropriate input-output indicators, and analyzes their service innovation efficiency from four aspects of comprehensive technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency, scale efficiency and projection analysis with DEA model. The results show that many of the 10 new A-level logistics enterprises in Xinjiang in 2019 are in non-DEA effective state. The reasons are as follows:(1)enterprises have the problems of low effective utilization rate of resources,serious waste of resources and high cost;(2)the number of enterprises with variable scale income is high. Therefore, logistics enterprises should break through the traditional thinking, introduce the concept of supply chain management, improve organizational structure, innovative management system and methods, increase service content and process innovation, improve service facilities and equipment, emphasize innovative personnel training to enhance the level of service innovation and efficiency of logistics enterprises.
