饲用甜菜新甜饲3号品种特性及栽培技术

摘要 【目的】选育适宜新疆种植的丰产、高粗蛋白质含量、抗病饲用甜菜品种。【方法】以丰产、抗病、雄不育品系XJS-17A为母本,以高粗蛋白质品系XJS-3为父本,配置杂交组合JZSL-22,进行多年多点品种比较试验、区域试验及生产试验,通过生育期调查、收获测产和抗病性鉴定,鉴定该品种产质量及抗病的稳产性和适应性。【结果】JZSL-22在2005-2007年多点品种比较试验中,块根平均产量10533.87 kg/667m^2,较对照新甜饲1号增产11.5%;平均生物产量12208.3 kg/667m^2,较对照增产13.5%;块根平均含糖率7.6%,较对照提高0.5度;粗蛋白质含量高于对照,居第一位;2008-2010年参加自治区饲用甜菜多点品种区域试验,平均块根产量10186 kg/667m^2,较对照新甜饲1号增产15.71%;平均生物产量12156.96 kg/667m^2,较对照增产10.01%,块根平均含糖率8.12%,较对照低0.3度;2010年参加自治区多点生产试验,平均块根产量10586.95 kg/667m^2,较对照新甜饲1号增产33.78%;平均生物产量12268.2 kg/667m^2,较对照增产24.64%,块根干基粗蛋白质含量15.65%。【结论】通过多年多点的试验结果显示:JZSL-22在块根产量、生物产量、块根含糖率、块根粗蛋白质含量等方面数据都高于对照,田间性状表现优良,属于理想的多汁饲料。2011年7月通过新疆维吾尔自治区品种审定委员会审定(审定号:新农审字2011第21号),命名为新甜饲3号。适宜在新疆南、北疆等地区推广种植。 [Objective]In order to select and cultivate a new beet variety with high yield,high crude protein content and disease resistance suitable for planting in Xinjiang.[Methods]The hybrid JZSL-22 was obtained by taking XJS-17 A(high yield,disease resistance and male sterile)as female parent and XJS-3(high crude protein content)as male parent.The multi-point comparison experiments of varieties,regional trials and production tests were carried out for many years,then the yield and quality of the variety and its stability and adaptability to disease resistance were identified through investigation of growth period,yield measurement and disease resistance identification.[Results]In the multi-point comparison experiments from 2005 to 2007,the average yield of root tuber of JZSL-22 was 10533.87 kg/667 m^2,11.5%higher than that of the control(Beet Forage No.1),the average biological yield was 12208.3 kg/667 m^2,13.5%higher than that of the control;the average sugar content of root tuber was 7.6%,0.5 degree higher than that of the control;the crude protein content was higher than that of the control,ranking the first;during 2008 to 2010,the regional tests of multipoint beet forage varieties in Xinjiang were carried out,the average root tuber yield was 10186 kg/667 m2,15.71%higher than the control(Beet Forage No.1);the average biological yield was 12156.96 kg/667 m^2,10.01%higher than that of the control,and the average sugar content of root tuber was 8.12%,0.3 degree lower than that of the control.In 2010,multi-point production tests of the varieties were carried out,the average root yield was 10586.95 kg/667 m^2,33.78%higher than the control;the average biological yield was12268.2 kg/667 m^2,24.64%higher than the control,and the crude protein content of dry root was 15.65%.[Conclusion]The multi-year and multi-point test results showed that JZSL-22 was superior to the control in terms of root yield,biological yield,sugar content and crude protein content of root tuber.It was an ideal succulent feed because of its excellent field performance.In July 2011,it was approved by Variety Approval Committee of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,and was named as Beet Forage No.3.It was suitable for planting in southern and Northern Xinjiang.
