摘要
大力发展智能制造是新时代我国推动产业转型和制造业信息化的必经之路。优化智能制造服务,为传统制造业转型升级提供优质高效的服务是其中的关键问题。构建智能制造服务优化影响因素的结构方程模型,从内部和外部两个角度分析影响智能制造企业服务的若干影响因素,基于问卷调查运用主成分分析法验证假设。结果表明:对智能制造服务能力的正向影响由高到低的各个因素,分别为国家政策支持、智能制造系统建设、人才队伍建设、工业大数据获取与利用、技术创新与支撑能力、企业间协同。其中国家政策支持对智能制造服务能力影响非常显著,企业间协同融合的影响不显著,其余为影响显著。并从技术创新、工业大数据平台建设、政策制定以及人才建设等方面为智能制造服务优化提供了建议。
Wisdom manufacturing is an important component of smart cities.How to optimize the service provided by wisdom manufacturing to as to offer the inhabitants in a smart city with efficient and high quality services remains a key factor for wisdom manufacturing.Based on the principles of wisdom manufacturing service,the three goals of providing high quality service are summarized.The theoretical model of influencing factors on wisdom manufacturing service is constructed.Analysis of several influencing factors that affect the services of intelligent manufacturing enterprises from both internal and external perspectives is made.The model and related hypothesis are verified by empirical data.The result shows policy support,technology innovation,construction of wisdom manufacturing systems,talent construction and the obtaining and utilization of industrial big data are positive factors.Several proposals are introduced according to the influence factors obtained.
