摘要
为了研究改善大学学业问题的策略,采用《大学生学习适应量表》和《大学生心理健康量表》随机调查陕西某高校600名学生,了解大学生积极心理健康、学习适应与学业成就的关系,结果显示:25.60%的大学生的学习适应状态较差,并且其心理健康水平低于全校学生的平均心理健康水平。心理健康与学习适应、学业成就显著正相关(p<0.01),学习适应与学业成就显著正相关(p<0.01)。心理健康对学习适应、学业成就有显著正向预测作用(p<0.05),学习适应对学业成就有显著正向预测作用(p<0.001),对学业成就最有效预测的是积极乐学和学习动机两个维度。高校可以从增强学生的幸福和积极情绪体验、发展和谐的人际关系、挖掘和培养学生积极的人格品质及塑造积极的心理健康教育环境四个方面改善大学生的学业问题。
In order to study strategies to improve college academic problems,a random survey of 600 students in a college in Shaanxi was conducted by using the“College Students’Learning Adaptation Scale”and“College Students’Mental Health Scale”for understanding the relationship between college students’positive mental health,learning adaptation and academic achievement.The results show:25.60%college students have poor learning and adaptation status,and their mental health level is also lower than that of the college.The mental health is positively correlated with the learning adaptation and academic achievement(p<0.01),the learning adaptation is positively correlated with academic achievement(p<0.01).Mental health has a positive predictive effect on learning adaptation and academic achievement(p<0.05),and also learning adaptation has a positive predictive effect on academic achievement(p<0.001),the most effective predictors of academic achievement are the two dimensions of active learning and motivation.The colleges could improve students’academic problems from four aspects by enhancing students’happiness and positive emotional experiences,developing harmonious interpersonal relationships,tapping and cultivating students’positive personality qualities,and shaping a positive mental health education environment.
