摘要
城市污水管网环境由于密闭环境易产生甲烷等易燃、易爆气体,因为潮湿、其它干扰气体的影响,现有气体检测技术存在检测数据不准、易失效等突出问题。利用半导体激光吸收光谱技术(TDLAS)的带宽窄、检测选择性好的优势,用于城市污水管网环境的甲烷气体监测,能够有效避免水汽、其他气体的干扰,提高检测的准确性。同时,激光光纤传输的特点,适用于长距离的污水管网气体在线监测用。通过实际测试效果来看,将TDLAS技术引入城市污水管网可燃气体监测领域,是对现有污水管网监控的创新性应用,弥补了其他检测技术的缺点,提升了智慧市政监管的技术水平。
Due to the closed environment,flammable and explosive gases such as methane are easily generated in the urban sewage network environment.Due to the influence of moisture and other interfering gases,the existing gas detection technology has outstanding problems such as inaccurate detection data and easy failure.Utilizing the advantages of narrow bandwidth and good detection selectivity of semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS),it is used for methane gas monitoring in urban sewage pipe network environment,which can effectively avoid the interference of water vapor and other gases and improve the accuracy of detection.At the same time,the characteristics of laser fiber transmission are suitable for long-distance sewage pipeline network gas monitoring applications.Judging from the actual test results,introducing TDLAS technology into the flammable gas monitoring field of urban sewage pipe networks is an innovative application to the monitoring of existing sewage pipe networks,making up for the shortcomings of other detection technologies and improving the technical level of smart municipal supervision.
