摘要 基于激光三角法设计了一种火炮内膛参数检测装置。为提高系统的检测效率和检测精度,分析了系统采样频率和电机转速的影响,还分析了传感器的安装方式、系统的机械结构对测量的影响。试验结果表明,在降低系统采样频率的同时提高转速可以提高系统检测效率,在采样频率为1 kHz,转速为3 r/min时系统检测效率提高了3倍;对数据进行小波滤波处理可以去除毛刺,平滑曲线,提高系统检测精度。通过建立数学模型和校正算法,校正了传感器安装和机械定位的误差。 Based on the laser triangulation method,a gun bore parameter detection device is designed.In order to improve the detection efficiency and detection accuracy of the system,the influence of the system sampling frequency and the motor speed is analyzed,and the installation method of the sensor and the mechanical structure of the system are also analyzed.The test results show that the system detection efficiency can be improved by decreasing the sampling frequency and increasing the speed.When the sampling frequency is 1 kHz and the speed is 3 r/min,the detection efficiency of the system is increased by 3 times;wavelet filtering on the data can remove burr,smooth curve and improve system detection accuracy.The errors of sensor installation and mechanical positioning are corrected by establishing mathematical models and correction algorithms.
