摘要
由于智能电能表易受电磁干扰的影响,对其电磁兼容性的研究备受重视。简要说明了电能表需要进行的6种电磁兼容试验要求;分析了现有解决措施(如对外部线路缠绕磁环的方式)不能完全消除对试验结果影响的原因,同时判断出传统的统计学分析方法在判别试验结果时的不适用性;以试验过程和试验结果分析为出发点,提出新的电磁兼容结果判别措施,通过增加试验次数及样品间试验结果比对的方式来确定试验结果,大大提高了试验结果的可信度及工作效率。
Due to the influence of electromagnetic interference on smart electricity meters,the research on its electromagnetic compatibility is paid more attention.This paper made a brief explanation of requirements for 6 kinds of electromagnetic compatibility test of smart electricity meters.The reasons why the existing solutions(such as winding a magnetic ring around an external circuit)cannot completely eliminate the influence on the test results are analyzed.Meanwhile,the inadaptability of the traditional statistical analysis method in discriminating the test results is judged.A new method of discriminating the results of electromagnetic compatibility is proposed based on the analysis of the test process and test results.To determine the test results by increasing the number of tests and comparing the test results between samples.The new method greatly improved the reliability and efficiency of the test results.
