天水地区公交司机人群中医体质类型调查报告分析

An investigation report on TCM physique types among bus drivers in Tianshui area

目的:通过检测了解天水市公交司机中医体质类型分布状况。方法:采用SHXK-200F中医经络检测仪进行生物全息体质检测。针对天水市公交司机人群1017例进行检测。结果:平和质0例,偏颇体质1017例。偏颇体质中痰湿质(625例)、气郁质(360例)、湿热质(318例)、气虚质(249例)、血瘀质(220例)、阴虚质(210例)、阳虚质(52例)、特禀质(0例)。结论:天水地区公交司机人群9种体质类型分布存在一定的差异性。其中偏颇体质以痰湿质、气郁质、湿热质为主,此次体质检测结果可为今后为公交司机人群开展亚健康状态中医"治未病"干预,为促进公交司机人群的身心健康提供有效依据。

Objective:To investigate the distribution of TCM physique types of bus drivers in Tianshui area through testing.Methods:The bio-holographic physique detection was carried out with the shxk-200 F TCM Meridian Detector.1017 bus drivers in Tianshui City were tested.Results:There were 0 case of balance constitution and 1017 cases of biased constitution.Biased constitution includes the Tanshi(痰湿)constitution(625 cases),the Qiyu(气郁)constitutiong(360 cases),the Shire(湿热)constitution(318 cases),the Qixu(气虚)constitution(249 cases),the Xueyu(血瘀)constitution(220 cases),the Yinxu(阴虚)constitution(210 cases),the Yangxu(阳虚)constitution(52 cases),the Tebing(特禀)constitution(0 case).Conclusion:There are some differences in the distribution of the 9 physical types of bus drivers in Tianshui area.Among them,the biased constitution is mainly composed of Tanshi constitution,Qiyu constitution,shire constitution.The results of this physical constitution test can provide effective basis for implementating TCM pretreatment interventions on sub-healthy of bus drivers in the future,and promoting the physical and mental health of bus drivers.
