定喘方联合西医治疗中度慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床效果观察

Clinical observation on treating acute exacerbation stage of moderate COPD with the Dingchuan prescription plus Western medicine

目的:研究定喘方用于中西医结合疗法在中度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)急性加重期患者治疗中的应用价值。方法:以我院收治的60例中度COPD急性加重期患者为研究对象,根据患者的治疗方法分为对比组与联合治疗组,其中对比组患者接受常规西医治疗,联合治疗组接受中西医结合治疗,在对比组的基础上给予服用定喘方。结果:通过比较两组患者治疗后的相关指标,发现联合治疗组患者的1秒用力呼气容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in1Second,FEV1)、用力肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC)、1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量比值(FEV1%)、动脉氧分压(Pa O2)、动脉二氧化碳分压(Pa CO2)、动脉血气酸碱度(p H)等指标均优于对比组(P<0.05);患者的中医证候积分优于对比组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合治疗组疾病发作次数少于对比组(P<0.05)。结论:在中度COPD患者急性发作期的临床治疗中,采用定喘方联合西医可以取得满意效果,更有利于缓解临床症状,改善呼吸功能,因此值得推广。

Objective:To study the application value of the Dingchuan prescription(定喘方)plus Western medicine on acute exacerbation stage of moderate COPD.Methods:60 cases were divided into the comparison group and the combination treatment group according to the treatment methods.The comparison group received conventional Western medicine,and the combination treatment group received the Dingchuan prescription more.Results:FEV1,FVC,FEV1%,PaO2,PaCO2,arterial blood gas pH and other indicators in the combination treatment group were better than the comparison group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score was better in the combination treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of attacks in the combination treatment group was less than the conparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of acute exacerbation stage of moderate COPD,the Dingchuan prescription plus Western medicine can gain satisfactory effects,which is more conducive to alleviating clinical symptoms,improving respiratory function,is worthy of promotion.
