中医辨证分型与红霉素联用治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床研究

A study on treating mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children by TCM syndrome differentiation and erythromycin

目的:分析肺炎支原体肺炎患儿采用红霉素联合中医辨证分型治疗的临床应用价值。方法:本次研究选择2016年1月-2018年12月我院收治小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿65例作为观察对象,根据入院先后顺序分为观察组与对照组,对照组患儿采用红霉素联合头孢治疗,观察组患儿采用红霉素联合中医辨证分型治疗,对比两组治疗总效果,记录并比较各组患儿各症状改善时间,计算各组患儿发生不良反应的概率。检测比对各组患儿治疗后实验室相关指标差异。结果:观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(χ^2=5.35,P<0.05),同时,观察组患儿停止咳嗽时间、高热消退时间、肺啰音消失时间、总住院时间均明显短于对照组(t=7.33、6.77、8.59、8.32,P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗后发生不良反应的概率较对照组相比更低(χ^2=16.52,P<0.05)。另外,观察组患儿治疗后经检验相应实验室指标均优于对照组。结论:小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿采用红霉素联合中医辩证分型治疗效果突出,可改善患儿症状表现,减少用药后不良反应,安全性高,值得临床应用推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of erythromycin plus TCM dialectical on children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods:According to the order of admission,65 children were divided into the observation group and control group.The control group received erythromycin plus cephalosporin,the observation group was treated with erythromycin plus TCM syndrome differentiation.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher in the control group(χ^2=5.35,P<0.05).At the same time,the disappear time of coughing,high fever,pulmonary rales and the total length of hospital stay were significant shorter than the control group(t=7.33,6.77,8.59,8.32,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group(χ^2=16.52,P<0.05).The corresponding laboratory indicators in the observation group were better than the control group.Conclusion:Erythromycin plus TCM dialectical classification on children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia shows a prominent effect,can improve the symptoms of children,reduce adverse reactions after medication,and is safe and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
