清热降逆方药加减治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating bile reflux gastritis with the Qingre Jiangni prescription

目的:分析清热降逆方药加减治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的效果。方法:挑选2016年3月-2019年3月我院收治的80例胆汁反流性胃炎患者,采用数字表法将患者分成观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增用中药汤剂加减治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组临床症状积分都有所下降,观察组的降低幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清热降逆方药加减治疗胆汁返流性胃炎,安全可靠,效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the effects of the Qingre Jiangni prescription(清热降逆方)on bile reflux gastritis.Methods:80 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each.The control group took Western medicine,while the observation group received the Qingre Jiangni prescription more.Results:The efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores in groups were both decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qingre Jiangni prescription on bile reflux gastritis is safe,reliable and effective.
