中医针灸治疗月经不调的临床应用

Clinical application of acupuncture in treating irregular menstruation

目的:探究月经不调采用中医针灸治疗的临床效果。方法:于2018年10月-2019年10月随机选取本院收治的240例月经不调患者,按照数字表法分为两组,对比组予以常规西医治疗,实验组在对比组前提下加用中医针灸治疗,并比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、排卵大小、排卵数量、中医证候积分以及激素水平。结果:实验组治疗总有效率比对比组高(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者排卵数量与排卵大小均多于治疗前,且实验组治疗后排卵数量与排卵大小比对比组多(P<0.05);实验组失眠多梦以及手足麻木等中医证候积分均比对比组少(P<0.05);实验组孕激素、雌二醇高于对比组(P<0.05),黄体生成素以及卵泡刺激素水平低于对比组(P<0.05)。结论:月经不调采用中医针灸治疗的临床效果显著,可加快排卵,改善临床症状,调节激素水平,使月经周期有效恢复。

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of acupuncture on irregular menstruation.Methods:240 patients were divided into two groups.The comparison group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was given acupuncture more.Results:The total efficiency in the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The number of ovulations and the size of ovulation in the two groups were more and larger than before treatment,and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Progesterone and estradiol in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture on irregular menstruation is effective,which can speed up ovulation,improve clinical symptoms,regulate hormone levels,and effectively restore the menstrual cycle.
