蒽环类药物心脏毒性中西医研究进展

A review on anthracycline cardiotoxicity in TCM and Western medicine

乳腺恶性肿瘤逐渐成为危害女性生命健康的首要危险因素。乳癌的综合治疗中,化疗为非常重要且必要的一项。然化疗带来的不良反应除了骨髓抑制、消化道反应、脱发、肝肾功能损害等,最严重的就是心脏毒性,因为对心脏造成了不可逆的损伤,在临床上化疗药物的使用过多过少受到了制约。在众多种类的化疗药物中引起心脏毒性的,首先就是蒽环类化疗药物。本文主要对蒽环心脏毒性的中西医研究进展进行归纳总结,望有助益。

Breast cancer has gradually become the primary risk factor for women’s life and health.Chemotherapy is very important and necessary in the comprehensive treatment of breast cancer.However,the side effects of chemotherapy include myelosuppression,gastrointestinal reaction,hair loss,liver and kidney function damage,and the most serious one is cardiac toxicity.Because of the irreversible damage to the heart,the clinical use of chemotherapy drugs is limited.Among many kinds of chemotherapy drugs,anthracycline is the first one that causes cardiotoxicity.This article mainly summarizes the research on anthracycline cardiotoxicity in TCM and Western medicine,hoping to be helpful.
