中药穴位贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻的系统评价及Meta分析

A Meta-analysis of treating hyperemesis gravidarum by acupoint application

目的:系统评价中药穴位贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻的临床治疗的有效性与安全性。方法:通过计算机检索知网(CNKI)、万方(WANFANG)、维普(VIP)、PubMed数据库,收集运用中药穴位贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻的随机对照研究,对纳入病例进行数据提取和方法学质量评价,并运用RevMan 5.3对中药穴位贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻的疗效进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入12篇文献,样本总数1053例,试验组532例,对照组521例,Meta分析结果为试验组治愈率高于对照组,总有效率也高于对照组;4篇文献对不良反应进行了描述,均未见明显不良反应发生;2篇文献分析5天内止吐率、5~8天内止吐率两组无统计学差异(P均>0.05)。结论:中药穴位贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻有效、安全,但由于纳入文献质量不高及存在一定的发表偏倚,还有待于更多高质量的随机对照试验来进一步验证其疗效及安全性。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupoint application on hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods:The randomized controlled trials of acupoint application on hyperemesis gravidarum were gathered from CNKI,WANFANG,VIP,PubMed database.Data extraction and methodological quality evaluation were performed for the included cases.The Meta analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3.Results:12 RCTs were included,involved 1053 patients.532 cases were in the expenrimental group,while 521 cases were in the control group.Meta analysis results:the cured and the total efficiency in the expenrimental group were both higher than those in the control group.Adverse reactions were described in 4 papers,but with no significant adverse reaction.Conclusion:Acupoint application with TCM medicine is effective and safe on hyperemesis gravidarum.However,due to the low quality of the included literature and certain publication bias,more high-quality RCTs are needed for study.
