摘要
采用纳米Fe3O4/聚合氯化铝(PAC)混凝和催化氧化技术处理新型制药废水(羧甲基壳聚糖季铵盐类),CODCr为5500~6000 mg/L。当pH 5~6,PAC投加质量浓度为1.2 g/L,Fe3O4投加质量浓度为0.8 g/L时,混凝段CODCr去除率为45.8%;当Fe^2+投加质量浓度为2 g/L,过硫酸钠投加质量浓度为2~3 g/L时,反应时间为8 h,氧化段CODCr去除率为60.40%;实验对CODCr的总去除率87.78%。废水的CODCr降低到700~1000 mg/L。
Nano Fe3O4/polyaluminum chloride(PAC)coagulation and catalytic oxidation technology for treating pharmaceutical wastewater(carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt)with CODCrof 5500-6000 mg/L.Under the condition of p H 5-6,the dosage of PAC 1.2 g/L,and the Fe3O4 dosage 0.8 g/L,the removal rate of CODCrin the flocculation section was 45.8%.With the condition Fe^2+dosage 2 g/L,sodium persulfate dosage 2-3 g/L,reaction time8 h,the CODCr removal rate in the oxidation stage was 60.40%,and the total removal rate of CODCrin the experiment was 87.78%.The CODCr of the wastewater reduced to 700-1000 mg/L.
