养老机构家庭参与评估工具的研究进展

Research progress on assessment tools of family involvement for elderly in long-term care facilities

机构养老是我国老年人重要的养老方式,然而由于老年人照护需求的多样性和传统家庭养老观念深入人心,老年人对机构养老中的家庭参与存在较高需求。家庭参与有利于促进老年人身心健康,提高生活质量。有效评估机构老年人的家庭参与现状是制订干预措施的重要前提。文章介绍了家庭参与老年人机构养老的概念,从综合性和特异性两个角度重点介绍了相关评估工具的研制过程、评估内容、评分方法、信效度等,旨在为今后引进和开发适合我国养老文化背景的家庭参与老年人机构养老评估工具提供参考。

Providing for the elderly in institutions is an important way for the elderly in China,due to the diversity needs and the popularity of the concept of family care,elderly in long-term care facilities have a higher demand for family involvement.Family involvement promotes the physical and mental health of elderly and improves their quality of life.Effective assessment of family involvement for elderly in long-term care facilities is an important prerequisite for targeted measures.The paper introduced the concept of family involvement of elderly in long-term care facilities,assessment tools of process,the evaluation content,scoring method,reliability and validity from the perspective of comprehensive and specificity,in order to provide reference for developing the family involvement assessment tools in China based.
