ICU患者家属疾病不确定感与心理弹性的关系研究

Correlation between disease uncertainty and psychological resilience of ICU patients’family members

目的调查ICU患者家属疾病不确定感状况及心理弹性,并探索二者间的关系。方法采用一般资料调查表、疾病不确定感家属量表和心理弹性量表对187名ICU患者家属进行调查。结果ICU患者家属的疾病不确定感总分为(72.09±12.45)分,心理弹性总分为(69.89±12.01)分;相关分析显示,ICU患者家属疾病不确定感总分、"不明确性"维度得分、"缺乏澄清"维度得分、"缺乏信息"维度得分均与心理弹性总分呈负相关(P<0.01或P<0.05);回归分析显示,心理弹性、经济负担为疾病不确定感的影响因素。结论ICU患者家属的疾病不确定感处于较高水平,心理弹性处于中等水平,疾病不确定感与心理弹性呈负相关,提高ICU患者家属的心理弹性,对降低家属疾病不确定感有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the disease uncertainty and psychological resilience of ICU patients’family members and explore the relationship between them.Methods A total of 187 family members of ICU patients were investigated by using general data questionnaire,Mishel uncertainty in illness scale-family members form and Resilience scale-14.Results The average score of disease uncertainty of ICU patients’families was(72.09±12.45)and the average score of psychological resilience was(69.89±12.01).Correlation analysis showed that the total score of family members’disease uncertainty,unsureness,lack of clarification and lack of information were negatively correlated with the total score of psychological resilience(P<0.01 orP<0.05).Regression analysis showed that psychological resilience,economic burden were the influencing factors of disease uncertainty.Conclusion ICU patients’family members’disease uncertainty is at a high level and their psychological resilience is at a medium level.The disease uncertainty is negatively correlated with psychological resilience.Improving the psychological resilience of ICU patients’family members is of great significance for reducing the family members’disease uncertainty.
