中蒙边境红山嘴口岸首次发现长尾黄鼠寄生贝蛔属线虫

The first identification of Baylisascaris spp. in Spermophilus undulatus at Hongshanzui port of China-Mongolia border

摘要 目的调查新疆中国-蒙古国(中蒙)边境红山嘴口岸地区鼠类寄生虫病流行特点,为保护人、畜牧业及坏境的健康发展提供资料。方法 2019年6-9月在新疆红山嘴口岸地区5个监测点捕鼠,检查鼠类体内寄生虫感染情况,对体内外寄生虫进行形态学鉴定。结果共捕获小型哺乳动物254只,其中长尾黄鼠191只,占75.2%,为优势种。从87只小型哺乳动物中检出一种寄生虫,鉴定为贝蛔属线虫,平均感染率为36.7%,长尾黄鼠的感染率为45.5%。结论在我国新疆中蒙边境红山嘴口岸首次发现长尾黄鼠寄生贝蛔属线虫。 Objective To investigate the epidemic characteristics of rodent parasitic diseases at Hongshanzui port on the border between China and Mongolia in Xinjiang,and to provide information for the protection of human,animal husbandry and the healthy development of the environment. Methods From June to September 2019,the rats were caught at 5 surveillance sites in Hongshanzui port area of Xinjiang. The parasites in rats were examined,and morphological identification of parasites was conducted. Results A total of 254 small mammals were captured,of which 191(75.2%) were Spermophilus undulates,was the dominant species. A kind of parasite was identified as Baylisascaris spp. from 87 small mammals with an average infection rate of 36.7%,and 45.5% in Spermophilus undulatus. Conclusion Baylisascaris spp. was firstly found at Hongshanzui port on the Sino-Mongolian border in Xinjiang,China.
