中国共产党人的作风操守是一种集政治作风操守、职业作风操守和个人作风操守于一体的特殊形态,包括思想作风、学风、工作作风、领导作风、生活作风和家风,体现着中国共产党人在践行党的性质、宗旨、纲领、路线过程中所内蕴的价值追求与外显的品行修养。作风操守具有内生性与外应性相统一的特征,主体自觉与客观时空条件共同影响其形成过程。对于中国共产党人来说,作风操守形成于内在精神的诠释与支撑,以及外在规则的激励与制约,涉及个体的思想、态度与行为的合价值性与合规性。中国共产党人的作风操守诠释了为实现全人类解放与共产主义的价值追求,体现了党性与人民性的高度统一,彰显了合规律、合规则、合规矩的外在要求与基本遵循。

The ethics of Chinese Communists is a special form of political, professional and personal integrity, including the ideological style, study style, work style, leadership style, life style and family style, which embodies Chinese Communists’ intrinsic value pursuit and explicit moral accomplishment in the practice of the party’s nature, principle, programme and line. Style integrity is characterized with the unity of endogeneity and exogeneity. Subjective consciousness and objective space-time condition jointly influence its formation process. For Chinese Communists, style integrity is formed in the interpretation and support of internal spirit as well as the encouragement and restriction of external rules, which involves the value and compliance of individual thoughts, attitudes and behaviors. The style integrity of Chinese Communists interprets the pursuit of value for the liberation of all mankind and communism, which embodies not only the high degree of unity between the party spirit and people’s nature, but also the external requirements and basic compliance of conforming to laws, rules and proprieties.
