阿法骨化醇联合治疗骨质疏松症的临床效果研究

The Clinical Effect of Alfaecalciferol in the Treatment of Osteoporosis

目的:探讨阿法骨化醇联合治疗骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年11月我院收治的骨质疏松症患者60例为研究对象,随机数字法分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例。对照组应用常规药物治疗,研究组应用阿法骨化醇联合治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的效果。结果:研究组L2、L3、L4以及股骨颈的骨密度改善均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨质疏松症的治疗过程当中,法骨化醇联合治疗的效果理想,更够更好的改善患者的骨密度,提高治疗的效果,最终改善患者治疗后的生存质量,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of alfa calcitol combined with osteoporosis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with osteoporosis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in the control group and 30 patients in the research group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,while the research group was treated with alfa calcitol.Results:The bone mineral density of L2,L3,L4 and femoral neck in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of osteoporosis,the effect of combined treatment with calcinol is ideal,which can better improve the bone density of patients,improve the effect of treatment,and ultimately improve the quality of life of patients after treatment.Therefore,clinical application should be further promoted.
