摘要
文章以我国经济发展现状为背景,结合安徽省自身经济发展的特点,从绿色创新投入、绿色创新产出、绿色创新环境、绿色创新扩散等4个维度构建评价指标体系,根据主、客观评价结果偏离程度最小的原则建立了基于层次分析法、变异系数法和熵值法组合赋权的绿色技术创新能力评价模型,并对安徽省16个城市的绿色技术创新能力进行了实证研究。
The article to our country economy development present situation as the background,combined with the characteristics of economic development in Anhui province,from the green innovation,green innovation input-output,green innovation environment,constructing evaluation index system of green innovation diffusion of four dimensions,according to the result of subjective and objective evaluation on the principle of deviation is minimized based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the variation coefficient method and entropy value method combined empowerment of green technology innovation capability evaluation model,and green technological innovation ability of 16 cities in Anhui province has carried on the empirical research.
