企业社会资本对创新能力的影响研究——基于异质性视角

RESEARCH ON THE INFLUENCE OF CORPORATE SOCIAL CAPITAL ON INNOVATION ABILITY——BASED ON THE PERSPECTIVE OF HETEROGENEITY

以上证A股上市公司为研究样本,分别研究了企业社会资本的两个维度对企业创新能力的影响,并将企业异质性因素引入其中,探究所属行业、企业性质以及企业成立年限等异质性因素在企业社会资本与创新能力之间的调节作用。实证结果表明:企业社会资本的权力维度及市场维度均对创新能力起着正向的促进作用;所属行业和企业性质对权力维度与创新能力的关系具有调节作用;企业成立年限对权力、市场维度与创新能力的关系均具有调节作用。最后,从企业社会资本角度对如何提高企业的创新能力提出了相关建议。

With the Shanghai A-share listed companies as research samples,respectively studied the two dimensions of corporate social capital’s influence on the enterprise innovation ability,and introducing the enterprise heterogeneity factors among them,explore their industry,the nature of the enterprise,and enterprise heterogeneity factors such as establishment of fixed number of year between corporate social capital and innovation capability.The empirical results show that both the power dimension and the market dimension of corporate social capital positively promote the innovation ability.The industry and enterprise nature of the power dimension and innovation ability of the relationship between the adjustment;The years of establishment of an enterprise have a moderating effect on the relationship between power,market dimension and innovation ability.Finally,from the perspective of corporate social capital,some Suggestions are put forward on how to improve the innovation ability of enterprises.
