摘要
开放空间引导技术因其高参与性、高氛围性、高有效性、高协作性和高反思性,能够让大学生职业发展类课程突破固有的模式和课程瓶颈。从按照利益诉求分组、激发学生热情与责任、运用世界咖啡技术和FOA反思等四个方面,在大学生职业发展类课程中适当引入、合理运用开放空间引导技术,达到课堂上人人有选择、人人有声音、人人有协作、人人有收获,从而让学生在职业发展类课程学习中开心、开眼、开窍。
Because of its high participation,high atmosphere,high effectiveness,high cooperation and high reflection,Open Space Technology can break through the inherent model and curriculum bottleneck of college students’career development courses.From four aspects:grouping according to interest demand,arousing students’enthusiasm and responsibility,using world coffee technology and FOA reflection,this paper intends to introduce and reasonably use Open Space Technology in the course of college students’career development,so that everyone has choice,everyone has voice,everyone has cooperation and everyone has harvest,so that students can be happy,open-eyed and enlightened in their own career development.
