图书馆用户资源管理中数据挖掘的应用研究

RESEARCH ON THE APPLICATION OF DATA MINING IN LIBRARY USER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

图书馆是人们获取知识的重要场所,由于部分图书馆无法包含所有工、理、文、经、管、法、教、农、医等各门类的知识,导致图书馆的服务受到一定的限制。针对这种现象,在建设图书馆的过程中,我们应该重视用户资源的管理工作,通过运用合理的数字化建设,为图书馆用户提供个性化服务。基于此,本文阐释了数据挖掘在图书馆用户资源管理中发挥的作用,分析了在图书馆用户资源管理的过程中应用数据挖掘等先进科技来提高图书馆服务质量、资源管理效率等的途径和意义。

Library is an important place for people to acquire knowledge.However,some libraries cannot contain all kinds of knowledge,such as engineering,science,culture,economics,management,law,education,agriculture,medicine and so on.As a result,library users’access to knowledge services is limited.In view of this phenomenon,we should pay attention to the management of user resources in the process of library construction,make rational use of digital construction,and provide personalized services for library users.Based on this,this paper explains the role of data mining in library user resource management.This paper analyzes the approaches and significance of the application of advanced science and technology,such as data mining,to improve the service quality and resource management efficiency of library for reference only.
