我国农业颠覆性技术创新的可能方向与路径选择 被引量:14

摘要 技术进步是经济增长的主要源泉,通过创新实现技术物化并产生有益效果,已成为推动发展的主要途径。在资源、环境和发展空间约束不断增强、急需培育增长新动能的今天,将颠覆性创新作为突破口实现跨越式发展,意义越来越重大。未来十年,我国农业领域颠覆性创新最有可能、最有潜力、最具价值的三个方向是:合成生物学和基因组学育种技术;以微生物组学为基础的农业生物质工程;大数据和信息技术支持下的智慧农业。应重视基础研究和交叉学科研究,鼓励公私部门合力解决制约农业发展的重大问题,建立重点攻关领域定期发布机制,建立相适应的人才培养、项目考核、协同创新、技术转移和成果转化机制,形成以知识和价值为核心的科研上下游链条。 Technology progress is the main source of economic growth.Materialization of progress and its positive effect through innovation have become the main route of promoting development.At a time when resources,environment and space for growth are constrained and new drivers of growth are urgently needed,the significance of taking disruptive innovation as a breakthrough to achieve leap-forward development is more and more important.The three most likely,most potential and most valuable directions of disruptive innovation in the field of agriculture in China in the next decade are:synthetic biology and genomics breeding technology,agricultural biomass engineering based on microbiomics,and smart agriculture supported by big data and information technology.We should attach importance to basic research and interdisciplinary research,and encourage collaborative innovation between public and private sectors to solve major problems restricting agricultural development.It proposes to establish a regular release mechanism for key research areas,and build up suitable system for talent,project assessment,collaborative innovation and technology transfer in order to forming the upstream and downstream chain of scientific research with knowledge and value as the core.
