摘要
针对人工检测注塑齿轮效率低、可靠性差、人力成本高等问题,研究了注塑齿轮生产加工工艺,对注塑齿轮生产环境进行了分析,设计了集上料、定位、检测、分选为一体的自动化检测装备。通过建立机械系统三维模型,设计了机械系统自动化控制方案,开发了自动控制软件,实现了生产线上注塑齿轮路径自动疏导与精确定位、待检齿轮图像的清晰采集,以及根据上位机视觉信息处理软件的检测结果对注塑齿轮进行良、次品的自动分选;最后利用检测装备联合上位机检测软件进行了实验。实验结果表明:玻璃转盘转速及端面跳动对检测结果无影响,下料机构对已检产品的分选准确率为100%;该装备能够与注塑齿轮生产线深度融合,实现注塑齿轮生产、检测、分选一体化。
Aiming at the low efficiency,poor reliability,and high labor costs when plastic gears were manually detected,the plastic gear production technology was researched and production environment was analyzed,the automated testing equipment with functions of feeding,positioning,testing and sorting was designed.A three-dimensional model of the mechanical system was established,the automatic control scheme of the mechanical system was designed,the automatic control software was developed.The plastic gear path on the production line was automatically groomed and accurately positioned,high resolution images of gears were acquisited,and according to the detection results of products from the vision information processing software were automatically sorted.Experiments were carried out using testing equipment in conjunction with testing software.The results indicate that the glass turntable rotation speed and end-face runout has no effect on the testing results,and that the blanking mechanism s sorting accuracy of the tested products is 100%,and the equipment is suitable for the production line to achieve integration of plastic gears production,testing and sorting.
