提升机过卷液压双缓冲系统的设计与仿真研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对提升机过卷液压缸存在憋压冲击的问题,提出了一种提升机过卷液压双缓冲系统。对提升机过卷上行和下行缓冲过程工作原理进行了分析,利用AMESIM搭建了提升机过卷液压双缓冲系统仿真模型,并对提升机过卷液压双缓冲系统动态性能进行了仿真,获得了提升机过卷双缓冲过程系统特性曲线;研究了活塞直径、活塞杆直径、液压缸两腔面积比对提升机缓冲运动特性的影响,并分析了其影响规律。研究结果表明:活塞直径增大、活塞杆直径减小,提升机上行峰值位移降低;增大过卷液压缸活塞直径,可降低提升机过卷下行回落加速度波动程度;面积比为1.49和1.25时,过卷双缓冲效果较好。 Aiming at the pressure impact in the cavity of hydraulic cylinder at hoist over winding buffer stage,a hydraulic parallel buffer system of winder was designed.The working principle of the hoist over winding up and down buffer was researched.The AMESIM simulation model of the system was built.The dynamic performance of the hydraulic parallel buffer system was simulated.The dynamic characteristics were obtained.The influence of the piston diameter,the piston rod diameter and two chambers area ratio of hydraulic cylinder on the hoist motion characteristic were studied.The influence laws were analyzed and summarized.The research indicates that increasing the piston diameter of the over winding hydraulic cylinder can reduce the fluctuation degree of the falling acceleration of the hoist.The area ratios of 1.49 and 1.25 have a better parallel buffer effect.
