[Objective]To introduce the clinical experience of central plains Pangshi gynecological school in the treatment of jealous infertility.[Methods]This paper summarizes the experience of Pangshi gynecology in treating jealousy infertility from the aspects of disease name origin,etiology,pathogenesis,prescription and so on.[Results]Central plains Pangshi gynecological school thinks that besides kidney deficiency,liver depression is also one of the important factors leading to infertility.Jealousy infertility is due to“women take the liver as innate”,which leads to excessive drainage of the liver,blocks qi,damages kidney qi,makes kidney-tiangui-chongren-uterus axis out of balance,and makes it difficult for uterus to capture sperm and become pregnant.Pangshi gynecology adheres to the theory of“regulating menstruation before treating pregnancy”,and pays special attention to medication during menstruation and interphase.[Conclusion]With the principle of soothing the liver,relieving depression,and regulating spleen,Pangshi gynecology pays attention to regulating four periods of legislation medication to treat jealous infertility.At the same time,it is flexible in clinical practice,cooperates with psychotherapy,pays attention to prevention,and has a good clinical effect.
