金属拱顶原油储罐存储高含硫化氢原油运行管理中的风险防范

RISK PREVENTION IN OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF METAL DOME-TYPE CRUDE OIL STORAGE TANK FOR HIGH HYDROGEN SULFIDE CRUDE OIL

根据旁接油罐输送工艺的特点,金属拱顶油罐在运行过程中罐位的高低随来油量的大小而变化,因而油气空间也随之变化,特别是储存高含硫化氢原油时,这种爆炸性混合有毒气体的存在必然给油罐的安全运行带来严重风险。应从技术、风险管控、管理等方面入手,采取预防、隔离、控制、扑救等手段,防止和减少火灾危害,减少有毒有害气体挥发,从而保护人身和财产安全。对现有的运行管理方式提出防范措施。

According to the characteristics of the transportation technology of the side tank,the height of the metal dome-type tank varies with the amount of oil coming from the tank during its operation,so the space of oil and gas changes accordingly.Especially when storing high hydrogen sulfide crude oil,the existence of such explosive mixture of toxic gases will inevitably bring serious risks to the safe operation of the tanks.Therefore,prevention,isolation,control,fighting and other means from such aspects as technology,risk control,management and so on shall be adopted to prevent and reduce fire hazards,reduce the volatilization of toxic and harmful gases so as to protect personal and property safety.The author puts forward the preventive measures from the existing mode of operation and management.
