销轴工装的研究与应用

大型机械设备销轴在日常拆装、维修时,耗时费力、事故多发,工作效率低。研制一套专门设备替代操作人员人工拆装各类轴销作业,不但可以提高工作效率,降低劳动强度,而且可以有效减少人身伤害事故发生。以石油钻井井架、底座销轴拆装为例,通过分析销轴的结构及现场使用情况,分析计算拆装销轴的能量,研制了液压销轴拆装装置,经现场试用效果良好。综合考虑各钻井队液压站工作参数的差异,配套研发了液压系统的压力、流量调节控制箱,增强了装置的适用性及后期的推广应用。

During daily disassembly and assembly and maintenance,large-scale mechanical equipment pin is time-consuming and labor-intensive,and many accidents may occur during such periods.So the work efficiency is low.The development of a special set of equipment to replace the operator’s manual disassembly and assembly of various types of shaft pin operations can not only improve work efficiency,reduce labor intensity,but also reduce personal injury accidents effectively.Taking the disassembly and assembly of oil drilling derrick and the base pin as an example,the energy of the disassembly pin is analyzed and calculated and the hydraulic pin disassembly device was developed by analyzing the structure of the pin shaft and site use.After the field trial,the effect turned out to be good.Taking the differences in the working parameters of the hydraulic stations of each drilling team into comprehensive consideration,the pressure and flow adjustment control box of the hydraulic system was developed,which enhanced the applicability of the device and promoted the application in the later stage.
