乙烯厂储运联合车间积极响应并落实相关法律法规的要求,从源头上严控装卸车设备设施完好性,以确保装卸车作业的本质安全,车间突显储运专业"弹药库"管控的力度并在上级处室的协调下,有效组织鹤位更换作业的能量隔离和现场施工安全、质量管控,在预定的周期内,高效完成了鹤位隐患整改项目,有力有效保障了乙烯厂全年装卸车作业的安全性和卸车任务进度。

The storage and transportation joint workshop of the ethylene plant responded to and implemented the requirements of relevant laws and regulations actively.It controls the integrity of the loading and unloading equipment and facilities from the source strictly so as to ensure the intrinsic safety of the loading and unloading operations.The workshop highlights the strong management and control of the storage and transportation of the“hidden danger pool”.Under the coordination of the superior departments,energy isolation during the crane position replacement and the onsite construction safety and quality control were organized effectively.Within the predetermined period,the revamp project of crane position hidden dangers was completed efficiently,which guaranteed the safety of loading and unloading and the progress of unloading tasks of the ethylene plant effectively throughout the year.
