延迟焦化装置炉管结焦分析及改进措施 被引量:1

摘要 某炼油化工有限公司2.9 Mt/a焦化装置2炉4塔实行20 h生焦制,以常减压蒸馏装置减压渣油为原料,加热炉清焦周期平均为11个月,自2019年8月大检修开工正常后,因多方面影响造成加热炉结焦速度加快,影响装置长周期运行,根据某炼油化工有限公司常减压蒸馏装置和延迟焦化装置的生产数据,对加热炉结焦原因进行分析并提出改进措施,以延长加热炉的运行周期。 Two furnaces and four towers are used for 20-hour coking in the 2.9 Mt/a coking unit of certain refining and chemical Corp.Ltd..The vacuum residue of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is used as the raw material.The average cleaning period of the heating furnace is 11 months.Since the normal operation after the overhaul in August,2019,the coking speed of the heating furnace has been accelerated due to various impacts,which affects the long-term operation of the device.According to the production data of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit and the delayed coking unit of an oil refining and chemical company,this paper analyzes the causes of the furnace coking and proposes measures for improvement so as to extend the operating cycle of the furnace.
