企业固体废物规范化管理措施研究

STUDY ON STANDARDIZED MANAGEMENT MEASURES FOR SOLID WASTE IN ENTERPRISES

部分工业企业因为对固体废物规范化管理认识模糊,概念不清,导致固体废物的管理环节和关键点往往被忽视,给企业带来经济效益的流失和违法、违规的风险。通过对工业企业固体废物产生、储存、运输、利用和处置等全过程进行分析,探讨固体废物管理的一系列问题,并提出针对性措施,提高企业固体废物综合利用率,在为企业降本增效的同时,创造更多的经济效益和社会效益。

Aiming at the highlighted problems in industrial solid waste management such as vague recognition of standardized management measures for solid waste and unclear concepts in some industrial enterprises.This may lead to ignoring of management and key points of solid waste.Enterprises may encounter the loss of economic benefits and the risks of violation of laws and regulations due to poor management.Through analyzing the whole process of solid waste generating,storage,transportation,utilization and disposal in industrial enterprises,this paper discusses a series of problems of solid waste management,and puts forward some targeted measures.These may improve the comprehensive utilization rate of solid waste in industrial enterprises,and create more economic and social benefits while reducing the costs and increasing the efficiency for the enterprises.
