英美国际学生招生制度对提高来华留学招生质量的借鉴意义

随着我国成为世界上主要留学目的 国之一,粗放型的国际学生招生不利于来华留学教育健康、稳定、可持续发展.如何改善来华留学生质量成为国家和高校面临的重要课题.本文从比较研究的角度入手,分析英美国际学生招生所采取的外语标化考试、专业标化考试、学历认证和录取委员会制度对提高招生质量的有效性,提出改善来华留学招生质量的可行性建议.

As China has become one of the main destinations for studying abroad in the world,extensive international student enrollment is not conducive to the healthy,stable and sustainable development of overseas education in China.How to improve the quality of international students in China has become an important issue for our country and universities.From the perspective of comparative study,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of foreign language standardized examination,professional standardized examination,academic certification and admission committee system adopted by British and American international students to improve the quality of enrollment,and puts forward feasible suggestions to improve the quality of international student enrollment in China.
