高职机电专业社会生"半工半读"培养模式探究

与传统视域下"基于工作过程"为导向的高职人才培养略有不同,在践行"半工半读"培养模式时,需考虑到社会生往往已具有一定的在职工作经历,在他们有限的在校学习时间里应使人才培养模式精准发力,以降低他们在职业中断后所形成的时间成本,所以在"半工半读"培养模式中应突出"工"字,使他们确实达到岗位能力提升的目的 .

It is slightly different from the traditional"work process based"talent training in higher vocational colleges.When practicing the"part-time work and part study"training mode,it is necessary to consider that social students often have certain on-the-job work experience.In their limited study time at school,the talent training mode should be made accurate to reduce the time cost formed by their career interruption."Work"should be highlighted in the training mode of"part-time study"so that they can really achieve the goal of improving their post ability.
