公路交通行业非学历继续教育发展模式探索

Exploration on the Development Mode of Non Diploma Continuing Education in Highway Transportation Industry

非学历继续教育作为高等继续教育体系中的一个组成部分,是实现全民教育和终身教育的重要渠道,是对应用技术人才和专业管理人才进行知识更新、提升专业水平的有效途径.本文以公路交通行业非学历继续教育发展模式为依据,结合现有培训模式的特征及现状,浅谈公路交通行业非学历继续教育发展模式的新思路.

As an integral part of higher continuing education system,non academic continuing education is an important channel to realize national education and lifelong education,and an effective way to update the knowledge of applied technical talents and professional management talents and improve their professional level.Based on the development mode of non diploma continuing education in highway transportation industry,combined with the characteristics and current situation of the existing training mode,this paper discusses the new ideas of the development mode of non academic continuing education in highway transportation industry.
