摘要
数控技术专业人才需求朝向复合型变化.当前,数控技术领域已发布的"数控车铣加工职业技能等级标准"和"数控多轴加工职业技能等级标准"两个"1+X"相关标准,系统的梳理了复合型数控技术人才的知识、能力要求.数控技术专业人才培养质量与市场需求一致,需要进一步完善课程体系.参考"1+X"相关标准,解构职业技能要求,重构出知识点、技能点,并对其分类融入各专业课程,进而开发模块化课程,由此,构建出以需求为导向的"课证融通"模块化课程体系.
The demand of numerical control technology professionals is changing towards compound type.At present,there are two"1+X"related standards in the field of numerical control technology,"CNC turning and milling professional skill level standard"and"CNC multi axis machining vocational skill level standard",which systematically combs the knowledge and ability requirements of compound CNC technical talents.The training quality of CNC technology specialty is consistent with the market demand,and the curriculum system needs to be further improved.Referring to the relevant standards of"1+X",this paper deconstructs the requirements of vocational skills,reconstructs the knowledge points and skills points,classifies them into various professional courses,and then develops modular courses,so as to construct a demand-oriented"course certificate integration"modular curriculum system.
