The construction of teaching staff is the core problem of school development.A high-quality professional teachers team with sufficient quantity,good quality,reasonable structure,distinctive characteristics and combination of full-time and part-time is the resource for the existence and development of the school.In view of the current situation of the construction and development of teachers in vocational middle schools in our county,this paper talks about its own views from the existing problems,coping strategies,security mechanism and other aspects.
