"互联网+"背景下嵌入式"医养结合"模式优化及对策研究

Optimization and Countermeasures of Embedded "Medical Care Combination" Mode under the Background of "Internet plus"

由于上海市人口呈现深度老龄化及带病化趋势,老年人养老服务需求中医疗、护理、康复需求持续增加,嵌入式"医养结合"养老模式成为上海市政府解决超大型城市养老问题的重要路径之一.本文采用文献回顾、问卷调查和深度访谈的方法,通过上海市616位老年人对嵌入式"医养结合"模式倾向、希望政府对养老服务建设措施的采取、"互联网+"嵌入式"医养结合"模式建议及对嵌入式"医养结合"模式满意度的调查,分析该模式的政策和策略的问题,以期对上海市政府优化嵌入式"医养结合",提供政策建议.

Due to the deep aging and sick trend of the population in Shanghai,the demand of elderly care services for traditional Chinese medicine,nursing and rehabilitation continues to increase.The embedded"combination of medical care and pension"pension model has become one of the important ways for Shanghai municipal government to solve the pension problem in super large cities.Based on the literature review,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this paper analyzes the policy and strategy of the 616 elderly people in Shanghai,including the tendency of embedded medical care combination mode,the government’s measures to build the pension service,the Internet plus mode of"medical care combination"and the satisfaction of the embedded medical care combination mode,in order to provide policy suggestions for Shanghai municipal government to optimize the embedded"combination of medical and nursing".
