Analysis of College Students’ Mental Health Education under the Concept of Positive Psychology

积极心理学是一门研究个人幸福感的科学,其强调人本身的积极品质和积极力量,主张研究人的美德和潜力.本文主要阐述积极心理学的概念及其对大学生心理健康教育工作的意义,同时结合当下大学生心理健康教育中存在的不足,提出几点建议.

Positive psychology is a science that studies personal well-being.It emphasizes people’s positive quality and positive power,and advocates studying people’s virtue and potential.This paper mainly expounds the concept of positive psychology and its significance to the mental health education of college students.At the same time,it puts forward some suggestions based on the shortcomings of current college students’mental health education.
